Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or your building reception;
- Please allow up to 48 business hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
